Junior HR BP, High-Growth Pharma - City of London
Your new company
A high-growth clinical research organisation are going through a rapid period of change and as a result, they are now looking to expand their HR team. The business have been working on various research projects regarding COVID-19 and are a leader in their field.
Your new role
In your new role, you will work within a team of 3 reporting into the HR BP in London. You will support a population of c.120 but will play a key role in scaling the business through this period of growth. Fully generalist position supporting across the employee life-cycle and working on ad hoc HR project work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have worked within a generalist HR role in a similar high-growth business. You will be CIPD qualified, have a strong operational HR skill-set and have lead various interesting HR projects surrounding change, well-being and employee engagement.
