HR Business Partner
Waddington Brown are delighted to be working with a successful and established Colchester based business that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their professional HR team during a period of change.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will become an integral part of the HR team, implementing the people plan whilst creating a partnership with the Operations Management Team. Collaborating with the business to fully understand the key business performance issues, objectives and drivers whilst coaching and advising managers around risk, recruitment, development plans and employee relations.
In addition, you will be expected to proactively identify areas where HR can add measurable value and lead solutions in support of strategic goals and improving overall organisational performance.
As the successful candidate you are likely to be CIPD qualified, have a good understanding of employment law and be able to demonstrate your capability in implementing HR Strategies. You are proactive, resilient and a team player with a genuine desire for success and self-development.
