HRIS Analyst - Fusion Implementation - London - 2 months
Your new company
I am working with a boutique bank based in Central London, who are looking to bring in a HRIS Analyst to support them with their Oracle Fusion implementation.
Your new role
You will report into the Head of HR, and liaise closely with the Head of IT. You will support them on adding the absence management module. You will do some user acceptance testing, as well as creating a user guide and training. This is a hands on role and you must be a self starter, who understands systems and hr processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have supported a HRIS implementation before, and ideally you will have experience of Oracle Fusion. You will have a good understanding of HR systems, and what good looks like.
What you'll get in return
This is initially be for 8 weeks starting early January, although once the project is finished there may be scope for further support in their reporting and analytics.
