We are seeking to appoint an Associate Director of HR – Organisational Development, to lead our newly focused OD service; bringing together our existing Staff Development and Equality and Diversity Teams. The position promises to be paced, varied and challenging and you will be accountable for leading and developing an OD service that covers the range of the specialism including leadership and management, learning and development, organisational culture, performance management, employee engagement and equality, diversity and inclusion.
As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of the HR Strategic Plan, which enables Brunel to build the right workforce capacity, diversity, skills and culture to deliver its strategic ambitions. You will lead and motivate a multi-functional team whilst also maintaining a strong strategic outlook.
We are seeking a truly credible OD professional with the ability to inspire teams and build trust and rapport with all stakeholders including senior leaders. You will be a strong influencer and will draw on your experience of organisational development and equality and inclusion within a regulated environment of multi-disciplinary workforces.
