About the role
They are now recruiting for a Learning and Development Partner to support the Learning, Development & Talent Manager in the implementation and delivery of the LDT priorities in line with the wider People strategy, specifically relating to learning and development across the Group.
In conjunction with the Learning, Development and Talent manager, you will support in the delivery of a variety of learning and development interventions that are aligned to their corporate objectives.
You will be required to consistently deliver a quality and expert service that is in line with their policy and process and regularly review for best practice and value add opportunities. You will also be an ambassador for the employee lifecycle, which focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining colleagues.
Within the role you will collaboratively work with leaders on the delivery of appropriate and relevant development interventions for colleagues including soft skills and career development activities and support and proactively work with external providers to create bespoke learning and development programmes sharing best practice across the organisation
About you
It is essential that you hold a CIPD Level 3 diploma or equivalent in a relevant Learning and Development field.
Able to analyse and interpret multi stranded information, drawing conclusions and themes
You must have demonstrable knowledge of people policies, processes and best practice specifically relating to learning, development, and training.
You will have experience in government apprenticeship levy’s and graduate.
A sound knowledge of training compliance including mandatory training obligations is also essential for this role.
It is essential that you have the ability to build effective relationships and apply influencing skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally and have experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders.
