People Partner (HR)

About the role
They now have an exciting opportunity for a new People Partner to join their People Team to support business operations functions.
As a People Business Partner, you will lead the customer facing side of HR as an ambassador for the People team. Your core purpose will be to provide strategic and commercial HR support to the business area functions in order to deliver the local and corporate business plans.
You will be passionate and proactive in supporting the People Director and Head of People to implement the people strategy in your business areas and work with the wider people team to ensure that the people function provides a simply brilliant service to its customers.
You will support directors and heads of functions with complex employee relations issues to mitigate business risks. You will also identify business risk areas and work with your directors and heads of functions to put together a plan to sustain an improvement.
About you
It is essential that you hold a Masters level qualification in Human Resources Management or have equivalent experience.
To succeed in this role you must have demonstrable working knowledge of people policies, processes, legislative requirements and best practice and have demonstrable knowledge of current employment legislation.
You will have exceptional communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders and the ability to flex communication style to the appropriate audience. Strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate cross functionally is essential for this role.
