Interim Reward Analyst

Reporting into the Head of Reward, due to an internal secondment, this leading Birmingham based Professional Services business is seeking an Interim Reward Analyst for a 6 month FTC. Salary up to £45k. Birmingham based business, working remotely currently, but subject to government regulations, you will be required on site, 2-3 days per week.

As Interim Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for salary bench-marking, gender pay analysis, pay review process and managing the bonus cycle. You will have strong analytical and Excel schools.

Available at short notice, you will be an experienced Interim Reward Analyst, with experience of analysis across all areas as detailed above.
