Dynamic and successful professional services organisation operating in the UK and internationally are seeking to appoint a Resourcing Coordinator to join their fast paced internal recruitment function as part the wider HR team based in Manchester.

Your new role
Working collaboratively as part of the wider HR team you will support the full recruitment process as part of the resourcing team, working closely with recruitment advisors to pride and excellent service to the business and a great candidate experience. You'll apply your existing high quality administrative and coordination skills to support the fast paced and dynamic recruitment function in this varied and exciting role supporting the recruitment for all roles across the UK and international business


What you'll need to succeed

* Proven experience of success in a similar role
* Excellent administration skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
* Strong IT & system Skills - ideally prior experience with an ATS
* Ability to consistently perform in a fast paced environment
* Professional & effective communication skills
* Collaborative style
* Proven Team Player
