Just like Haringey, our roles are bursting with opportunity
Haringey is rich in diversity, heritage, culture and opportunity, maybe more so than any other London borough. Haringey is our home and we’re proud of it. As a Council, we’re ambitious for our borough’s future and for the people who live and work here.
As a key component of the Borough’s future, Haringey Council must ensure that colleagues across the organisation reflect this ambition and are able to embrace the challenges ahead. Critical to achieving this is the HR team which has been undergoing a significant period of change, including the recent recruitment of a new Chief People Officer and restructure of the management team. We are now looking to recruit to three new posts in the team.
This is a new role that is critical to services for employees through improved infrastructure, including the introduction of an improved ERP system that will lead to greater automation, digitisation and employee and manager self-service. You will lead the payroll, data and HR support teams and through improved data management you will develop effective workforce analytics and case management across the authority.
We are looking for someone who will embrace change, who will make an impact and deliver. As an organisation we promote a sense of autonomy where leaders and managers can make active decisions. Crucial will be your ability to develop the team around you and support colleagues across the organisation.
