Your new role
As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a team culture focused on the customer experience, while developing, implementing and monitoring the process of a new transactional recruitment team. You will be managing the performance and development of direct reports, while advocating a target driven approach to recruitment. Monitoring progress against targets and objectives, and ensuring they are delivered on time will be essential. In addition, you'll ensure that legal and best practice standards are adhered to, and ensure any changes to these are adopted into the process.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a senior recruiter with experience managing large recruitment teams within the NHS/healthcare sector. Exceptional communication skills will be needed to manage relationships with various senior stakeholders, and you will be a natural motivator ensuring recruitment teams meet their KPIs and objectives. Managing a diverse workload and adhering to deadlines will be second nature, and you will have experience with TRAC, NHS jobs and ESR platforms.
