Your new company
This global fully integrated real estate organisation is seeking an experienced and commercial senior recruitment partner to lead on all things recruitment across their corporate functions. Based in the heart of London, with rapid European (France, The Netherlands, Spain, Germany & Austria) growth plans you will be responsible for leading the recruitment across multiple head office functions.
Your new role
Reporting to the Talent Director / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing talent across Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing and IT function.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to improve the quality of process.
* Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment, from screening to offer negotiation.
* Educate hiring managers around policies, procedures to ensure a positive candidates experience.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong commercial awareness
* End to end recruitment experience with corporate function exposure.
* Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders.
* European Language would be a bonus - Spanish, German or French.
