Professional residential, nursing specialist care provider.

Your new role
A highly rewarding role, as a HR officer you can make a real impact to the organisation. You will based onsite at a Care home focusing on Absence management.

You will support the Home Manager with HR activities, whilst ensuring the effective management of hours, in order to reduce agency footfall within the Care Home. You will respond to HR enquiries relating to absences, rota management, recruitment and general queries pertaining to employment legislation.

All Covid measures are in place

What you'll need to succeed
Have Knowledge of Employment Law
Good communications skills
Full Driving Licence is essential.
HR Experience in a busy environment

What you'll get in return
£25000 - £30,000 DOE
FTC 3 month
