Your new role
The key objective of this position is to implement and embed a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.You'll be creating and delivering a plan to achieve compliance for Equality Impact Assessments (EIAs). You will review the current approach to EIAs and make recommendations for improvements that will deliver a sustainable approach to EIAs for the future. You'll be providing coaching and/or training to EIA owners to ensure they are completed effectively, accurately and deliver value and impact. You'll also train the ED&I steering group to enable them to critically evaluate EIAs submitted for review.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in equality, diversity and inclusion, ideally in the field of EIAs. You'll be up to date on the relevant legislation and how it relates to our sector. You'll be confident directing your own work and have experience of delivering successful outcomes. You will probably also have experience in coaching and/or training delivery. At the same time, you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in a challenging environment with the opportunity to really make a difference.
