Perm HR Officer based on site in Barnstaple £30,000-£35,000pa

An exciting opportunity has come up in a successful Private sector company based in Barnstaple.

Your new role
You will work for a successful and busy Private sector company. You will need to be a strong HR Generalist with recruitment experience. You will coach and up skill line managers, managing ER cases and recruiting for a variety of roles. You will report to the Head of HR. This is a permanent role, in an exciting Manufacturing and Engineering company.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a strong HR Generalist with recruitment experience, where you have already transitioned from recruitment into HR . you will need to be a resilient, confident, and highly capable HR professional.You will need to be a strong, confidant and empathic communicator. You will need excellent time management skills. You need to have lived in the UK for at least the last 3 years. You will ideally have a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification.
