Recruitment Advisor

3 month Recruitment Advisor role, for a Healthcare organisation in London. Working from home, £13-14 per hour.

Your new company
You will be working for a Healthcare organisation in London, on an interim basis for 3 months. The role will pay £13-£14 per hour and you will work from home for the entirety of the role.

Your new role
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will support on end to end recruitment of roles such as Nurses, Clinicians, Consultants and GP's. As well as advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and processing contracts, you will also source new candidates via headhunting and the use of LinkedIn etc. You will also be responsible for onboarding, such as qualification checks, DBS checks and Occupational Health. The role will also require liaising with internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing Locum bookings and liaising with PSL suppliers.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must be able to start on 11th January 2021, and come with extensive healthcare recruitment experience. You must be autonomous and be able to hit the ground running, whilst working from home.
