The University has recently revised its People and Organisational Development Strategy to spearhead significant and rapid organisational change, including ambitious and far reaching plans to develop our inclusive culture, together with learning from our response to the pandemic to inform our working practices in 2021 and beyond.

We are seeking a change-oriented HR Partner who will provide proactive, high quality HR support to designated areas, aligning the University's mission and its people, and supporting the formulation and implementation of local strategies and plans. The post-holder will also be responsible for a portfolio of projects and role-model our values.

The successful candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, including change and performance management in a complex organisation. They will have a strong knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application across the HR spectrum, as well as the ability to manage complex business issues. They will be able to think strategically in parallel with executing operational excellence.
