Reward Analyst - 12 month FTC - Benefits harmonisation post merger
Your new company
My client, a global matrix business, are currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to support them on a benefits harmonisation post merger. This is a 12 month FTC to start ASAP. Your new role
Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, you will support the integration of two businesses that have recently gone through a merger, from a reward perspective. Your main focus will be harmonising the benefits across the business, as well as some external benchmarking.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as a Reward Analyst, and will have demonstrable examples of working on a benefits merger in a large business. You will be analytical and commercial and be able to build relationships easily.
What you'll get in return
This is an excellent benefits harmonisation project in a large reputable business with great benefits. You will be working from home initially with flexibility once the business returns to their central London offices.
