As the strategic business partner, you will help drive the HR strategy to develop people and their teams, strengthening the culture and driving engagement through performance and talent management, learning and development.

You will be a high performing, self-starter, with great commercial acumen and credibility as you support the Head of Human Resources Strategy in the delivery of a number of initiatives across talent acquisition, reward, HR systems and L&D.
You will operate best when working at pace, with the agility to respond to ever changing business needs. You will be a meticulous planner, with a curious nature and constantly seeking opportunities to improve. You will have operated in a fast paced HR role, with a generalist remit, supporting senior leaders with a demonstrable track record of delivering positive change.
