Your new role
Working in an established recruiting team, reporting to the campus recruitment manager - you will take responsibility for the full graduate recruitment cycle for the technology arm of the business.

* Lead and develop the campus recruiting strategy to identify hires for the software engineering teams.
* Manage the day-to-day candidate management and the approach to market.
* Improve processes and grow the recruiting function

What you'll need to succeed

* Strong experience in campus technology recruitment, particularly software engineering.
* Managerial experience - leading and supporting other campus members.
* Experience developing and growing a campus recruitment function.
* Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
