ER Advisor - 12 month contract
Waddington Brown are delighted to be working with a successful and established Essex based organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. Based initially from home, with some travel required to sites across Essex, you will report to an HR Manager and provide a comprehensive HR advisory service to the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with managers to ensure employee relations casework, such as disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, sickness issues, and transformational change programmes such as TUPE transfers, restructures and redeployments are managed and implemented effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies and taking a proactive approach in identifying and effectively implementing changes in legislation.
- Coaching and development management capability to enable them to manage future employment relations issues they encounter effectively.
- HR reporting and analysis
You are likely to be CIPD accredited or equivalent and be an experienced HR generalist with a strong working knowledge of HR practice including employment law, employee relations and change management. You will have substantial experience of providing advice & support and possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gain respect & confidence of both staff and managers.
