Senior HR Partner - International Act as a strategic business partner to the London office Permanent, London
Your new company
This globally recognised financial service client has over £110bn of funds under management. With headquarters over in APAC, and a growing office in London & New York - they're now seeking an experienced HR Partner to support the continued build out of the London office. This is a highly dynamic position with a broad range of responsibilities and business stakeholders internationally.
Your new role
You will support and partner with the UK stakeholders on the continued build out of the London office in conjunction with the global people & culture agenda.
* Take the lead on establishing a fit-for-purpose HR function that enables a sustainable and successful workforce.
* Act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across London & New York.
* Develop and deliver a HR plan in alignment with the international offices.
* Provide advice, support and solutions to people leaders on a wide range of strategic and operational people issues.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working in an international role ideally involving the US offices.
* Deep experience as a Senior HR Partner at a senior level ideally within financial services.
* Exposure to and worked within funds management will be highly regarded.
* Strong, proven results with a practical hands on approach to get things done.
* Ability to work autonomously at a strategic level and add commercial value.
