We are looking to recruit a motivated and inspiring HR Business Partner to join our HR and Organisational Development  Leadership Team.  Reporting to the Associate Director of Employment  this role will partner clinical and operational leaders to shape, translate and implement the wider HR agenda  ensuring the provision of a quality  HR service aligned and responsive to the needs of our services

Leeds and York Partnership is a high performing NHS Foundation Trust providing specialist mental health and learning disability services across Leeds and York as well as providing Regional and National specialist services. As a teaching trust with strong links to local universities, we are a centre of excellence for teaching, research and development in the local region.
