Are you passionate about employee health and wellbeing? Are you motivated by making a difference for people? Do you have a collaborative leadership style? If yes, then we would love to hear from you.
We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Head of Wellbeing; this new post is joining our HR and Organisational Development Leadership Team and will be instrumental in shaping our vision for health and wellbeing and ensuring we keep our people safe.
Leeds and York Partnership is a high performing NHS Foundation Trust providing specialist mental health and learning disability services across Leeds and York as well as providing Regional and National specialist services. As a teaching trust with strong links to local universities, we are a centre of excellence for teaching, research and development in the local region. Employing around 2,600 staff along with a thriving internal temporary staffing bank and over 150 registered volunteers, our vision is to provide outstanding services as an exceptional employer of choice.
Words cannot express the effort and commitment of colleagues at our Trust over the past year and their wellbeing is of the upmost importance to us. Reporting to the Associate Director of People Experience and working collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust and with our partner organisations, this role brings together many exciting parts of our Health and Wellbeing strategy to ensure a comprehensive and people centric approach to this important agenda.
With a strategic focus and as a driver for change, the successful candidate will have experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to develop and implement innovative wellbeing initiatives and will be genuinely motivated by improving the wellbeing of our workforce.
