We are looking to recruit a motivated and inspiring Associate Director of Employment; this exciting new post is joining our HR and Organisational Development Senior Leadership Team, leading a customer centric and professional HR service which is aligned to the strategic and operational needs of the Trust.

Leeds and York Partnership is a high performing NHS Foundation Trust providing specialist mental health and learning disability services across Leeds and York as well as providing Regional and National specialist services. As a teaching trust with strong links to local universities, we are a centre of excellence for teaching, research and development in the local region. As an expert in employee relations and with a flexible and pragmatic approach, the role holder will ensure the provision of professional and people centric HR advice.

With demonstrable experience in a senior HR position and a strong technical knowledge, the successful candidate will be a strong leader and a good listener, someone who truly values collaborative working and engagement. They will also be passionate about positive transformation, working with the team to develop a clear vision and leading positive change.
