Following the merger of East Riding College with TEC Partnership (formerly the Grimsby Institute Group) and a restructure of the enlarged Group’s HR team, a new role of HR Business partner is now available based primarily at East Ridings College’s campus in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

This is a key HR role at the College, being the senior post in the East Riding HR team. The postholder will report to the Group Head of Employee Relations but will also build strong working relationships with the College Principal and his management teams at Beverley, Bridlington and Hull providing specialist HR advice and support in all aspects of people planning and management.

The successful applicant should be an experienced HR professional with a good knowledge of all key HR processes and with a strong background in Employee Relations. Presentation, Coaching and mentoring skills are also important.

Ideally you should have an education background although this is not essential.
