Interim ED&I opportunity within the NHS
Your new company
This is an interim opportunity to join a large NHS client of ours who are looking for an experienced ED&I lead
Your new role
You will work alongside the HR Director and the Exec Board to lead on all ED&I work streams, provide expert advice to various stakeholders and will also represent the trust at a national level.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a true ED&I expert to be considered for this role. You will have a proven track record of leading ED&I projects, implementing strategic plans and working with Exec level stakeholders. Its also essential that you have worked at this level within the NHS, or a large public sector organisation.
