You will be working for an established global consultancy business who really are market leaders in their sector. With ambitious plans to grow both here in the UK and overseas, it it a truly exciting time to join.

Your new role
This is a newly created role and will be fundamental in defining and driving forward a newly created shared service function. Joining at an exciting time, you will help define the strategy for the shared service function, looking at continuous improvement, ways in which process or service can be improved as well as how the service can be expanded to better meet the needs of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced professional who has a track record in managing shared services functions or multi disciplinary teams. You should also have a background in driving continuous improvement and strong stakeholder management experience.
