Interim Learning Business Partner - Facilities - 6-12 M FTC up to 70k pro rata
Your new company
A leading Facilities Management business.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Learning Strategy including Apprenticeship, Leadership and Management Development programs including technical programs. You will work across full 360 learning cycle including partnering with key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a Learning Business Partner/L&D Manager within a regulated environment for example construction, engineering, pharmaceutical etc where you will have worked across the full learning cycle. You will have excellent stakeholder management and be able to demonstrate how you are quick to influence and engage. You will have experience of managing and developing a small team. You must be able to start a new role immediately and commit to the 6-12 month duration. This role will be home based for initial covid duration.
