Due to an internal promotion, my client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a busy, large Manufacturing site, based in Telford. With a strong operational focus, you will manage and develop the HR Team. Competitive Salary. + Benefits.
As HR Manager you will work with the HR team to ensure full generalist advice and guidance is given a=cross the site. This will include a focus around Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and developing relationships across the local community to help become an Employer of Choice. There is some interaction with the Union.
As an experienced HR Manager, CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent, you will have worked in a busy Manufacturing/ Distribution/ 3PL/ Facilities Management environment. You will be keen to develop the role, and develop your team.
