An opportunity has arisen for someone looking for their first HR Manager role, based at a busy Manufacturing site in Dudley. Competitive Salary.
Working as part of the on-site Senior Management Team, and with the support of a HR Administrator, as HR Manager you will provide advice and guidance on the full generalist remit. This will include Recruitment, Engagement, working with the Employee Forums/ Unions and developing links with the local community.
As a HR Generalist you may be looking for the opportunity to step up to your first HR Manager role. You will have drive and resilience to develop the HR function across this successful Manufacturing site. CIPD Level 5, or equivalent you will have worked in a Manufacturing/ 3PL/ Facilities Management business previously.
