About the job

We are offering an exciting opportunity to develop and lead the HR department and to join the senior management team as Head of HR.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead on the development and implementation of key HR strategies, driving positive cultural change and innovative working practices to improve the employee experience.  You will develop and implement strategies to increase diversity and inclusion, promote wellbeing, ensure values are embedded within the culture of the company, advance employee engagement and lead workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategies.

About you

You will have a Master’s degree with CIPD accreditation or equivalent HR experience.  You will be a motivator, a great listener and communicator, you will be skilled in influencing, promoting fairness, trust, dignity and respect with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
