Are you looking for an opportunity to lead the reward offering for a fun, dynamic and growing organisation?

Our client, a forward thinking and growing business is looking to appoint a Reward Advisor on a permanent basis, to lead the delivery of their current and future reward projects and take the led in relation to their reward agenda in a multi-site business.

This is a challenging and interesting role reporting to the Head of People, and be responsible for the implementation of best practice reward and benefits processes, working with brokers and vendors on contract negotiations and promoting the benefits offering to employees. A key part of the role will be the harmonisation of the reward offering. You will also be responsible for end of year processes as well as supporting the People function in relation to rewards management, communication and reporting. This is a varied role in which you will also lead the administration of their Pension schemes, Gender Pay Gap reporting as well as participating in pay and benefits surveys, working with all levels of the organisation. This is a role, which allows the opportunity to add value to enhance and drive forward a positive culture.

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Reward Advisor with a proven track record of delivering reward initiatives for 1,000 plus employees. You will be hands on and be able to enable continuous improvement at an operational level. Commercially astute with experience of Change management and enhanced benefits programmes implementation, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage stakeholders. The ability to build credibility quickly and evaluate and implement procedures and processes to ensure an efficient reward offering will also be required.
