HR SuccessFactors Data Lead

An organisation in London is recruiting an HR Data Lead (SuccessFactors) on a permanent basis.  They are looking for someone to take ownership of the migration of data to the cloud.

Responsibilities 

• Define the list of standard data fields needed for a new cloud HR system (SuccessFactors)
• Using HR data and metrics to produce reports
• Identify gaps in data and where data needs to be collected
• Coordinate the end to end data migrations process
• Clearly explain HR and tech terms in a very clear easy way for HR people 
• Experience of creating word and powerpoint presentations to explain key terms, guide client decision making around data, and report progress plus upskill and teach the client

Qualifications/experience required

• Strong SuccessFactors experience
• Ideally consulting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• The ability to work autonomously and get things done
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce interesting reports based off of HR metrics and data
