Head of HR
We are currently working on behalf of an NHS organisation based in London, to recruit a Head of HR on an interim basis for 6 months.
They purpose of this role is to work closely with, and support, the HR Director during a period of wide scale organisational change within the organisation, as well as supporting with the ongoing COVID-19 response and vaccination programme, while maintaining an efficient and effective HR service.
The successful candidate in this role will be have a varied HR background, ideally with experience across different areas of the NHS, and a broad understanding of the wider HR remit. I am looking for resilient, credible and experienced HR professionals who are ready to take on a challenging, but rewarding role during a pivotal time for this organisation.
