Can you help our client deliver their People Development Strategy?
Our client are looking for an experienced learning and development specialist to support their L&D strategy that maximises the potential and improves the capability of individuals, teams and the organisation.
Reporting for the People Development Manager, you as they embark on a new People Plan, with a focus on increasing apprenticeship opportunities, and enhancing learning through technology.
You will work with Directors, Heads of Service and line managers and on compiling the annual training needs analysis and design, develop, and deliver novel, innovative and engaging approaches to learning that follows best practice.
The ideal candidate for this role is knowledgeable and passionate about delivering outcome-focused learning and development, people focused, and experienced in delivering digital and technology-based learning.
