Recruitment business partner / Resource Manager Supporting a FTSE 250 facilities management client Permanent.

Leading a new service for one of their large business units, with multiple clients such as Amazon, Tesco, Co-Op, Hospitals and Public Sector Organisations.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that an effective service is delivered and that all business opportunities both contracted and new are optimised for mutual benefit.

* Experienced recruiter with strong stakeholder engagement/management experience, resilience, the ability to attend senior leadership meetings, ability and experience to take on additional scope.
* Volume recruitment experience - fast paced, high volumes of vacancies.
* Managing high numbers of stakeholders
* Best practise recruitment knowledge - ability to identify training needs with the managers and roll out relevant sessions.
* Workforce Planning is essential to this position as we are accountable for ensuring that an appropriate demand plan exists for anticipated hiring, working with Client Operations directors and coordinators.
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with Heads of Business, line managers and HRBP's is also crucial in this position as well as ensuring our sourcing approach, talent pooling and of course candidate experience are all first class.
