Fixed Term Contract (covering maternity until May 2022)

32 hours per week to be worked flexibly between Monday – Friday

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join them in Northallerton.

 

The successful team member will support the Human Resources Manager and Head of Organisational Development in the delivery of a professional and proactive HR and Organisational Development service within the Company.

 

This role is an amazing opportunity for someone to join the HR function of their ambitious organisation as they progress through their cultural transformation.

 

You will:

 

  • Support and enable leaders and colleagues to deliver strong performance and excellent customer experience, through the provision of a professional and proactive HR and OD service which provides full employee life cycle support to all their colleagues.

  • To provide guidance, insight and challenge to the management team to assist in the delivery of organisation aims and objectives.

  • Build effective stakeholder relationships and work in close partnership with other departments to help develop and roll out their people plan.

  • Keep up to date with UK employment legislation and continually maintain and develop their colleague’s commitment and compliance with HR and Employment legislation. 

 

Do you have experience of working in a generalist HR environment, are excellent at using digital technology, have the ability to bring new ideas to the forefront, be adaptable to change, and hold a level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification? Then you could be right for them...
