We have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work alongside an HR Business Partner team.

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a busy HR department as an Assistant HR Business Partner for a 6 months temporary contact.

You will be working along side a HR Business Partner team - Core Purpose

* Support the HR Business Partners in the provision of strategic HR advice and support to their Divisional management teams
* Provide specialist HR advice and input into workforce projects, applying sound project and change management practices to enable the delivery of organisational goals


* Working alongside the HR Business Partners you will be working on a variety of organisational change, case and workforce projects.
* Review, analyse and interpret workforce data in order to provide workforce board reports
* Lead on and manage fixed term contract renewals, interim contracts, and secondments
* Support the HRBPs with the roll out of annual survey
* Support the review of HR policies & procedures and current employment law
* Support recruitment process for complex senior roles eg design/delivery of assessment centres
* Lead on complex employer relations cases eg investigations, hearings, and appeal
* Support the Business Partners in providing HR advice and support to divisional or Trust wide workforce change / implementation projects, participating in staff consultations (e.g. TUPE) and providing statistical or ELI information to support project implementation.
* Communicate highly complex information across a range of HR subjects, including highly emotive and sensitive decisions in relation to changes in service delivery
* Advise managers on terms and conditions, contractual rights and interpreting and explaining employment legislation in relation to Trust policies.

Were seeking an experienced HR professional - Senior HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner who has a background of working in large scale complex environments.

* Degree or equivalent level of experience
* CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent
* Current CIPD membership
* Highly specialist expertise in one or more HR subjects / areas of work acquired to masters level / equivalent through additional training and / or equivalent experience

* Relevant generalist HR / employee relations experience at operational level in a complex, unionised organisation
* Experience in devising and delivering training sessions
* Experience of supporting organisational change
* Experience of supporting employee wellbeing and employee experience programmes

This role is a 6 months temporary assignment via Hays full time. mix of home working and onsite.
