Are you a HR Business Partner who enjoys working in a growing business? Do you enjoy delivering from a strategic level through to rolling up your sleeves, with day to day HR support? Covering numerous sites across Yorkshire and Lancashire, the role will be Home-based with travel. Up to £55k.
As HR Business Partner, you will partner with your Senior Stakeholder's across this growing business. In this busy role you can shape and develop the People Plan. You will lead around the following areas for your region -
- Organisational Design and Restructures
- Engagement
- Performance Management Processes
- Implementing People metrics
- Employee Relations
- HR Projects
- Recruitment and Talent Development
CIPD qualified, or equivalent as an experienced HR Business Partner you will be adept at working in a changing environment, and have managed a multi-site role previously. You will be as comfortable with developing the strategic HR plan as you are with managing day to day employee relations.
The role is home-based, with the expectation that once government restrictions are lifted, this will be a true regional role with travel across Lancashire and Yorkshire, with some travel to the Midlands and Scotland.
