This successful and growing organisation seeks an experienced HR Assistant / HR Officer / HR Advisor to join them in an exciting and highly diverse 'Generalist' role.

Supporting a great mentor HR Manager, you will assist in the provision of generalist advice to colleagues, covering all HR matters. To include; inductions, absence management, flexible working, maternity, organisational change and disciplinary.

You will also manage all Recruitment into the business and support learning & development initiatives for staff, in particular, managing the trainee development programme.

Suitable applicants will ideally be studying towards (or keen to start) CIPD level 5 or above (full study support provided) and possess experience of working in a similarly demanding role - offering particularly strong Employee Relations, Recruitment and/or learning and development skills.

Applicants must be looking to develop their career further. You will be hands on with (sometimes high volume) administration, great with systems, able to manage conflicting priorities effectively, present information clearly, concisely and in a logical manner and be flexible to meet the demands of the business. A professional demeanour, strong communication skills and a good sense of humour are all pre-requisites!
