Our focus now is to develop our next bold organisational strategy having strengthened our position in London through merger and successful awards of several new contracts. We are now seeking a visionary Director of People and Organisational Development to join our Leadership Team. An experienced and highly credible HR professional, you will lead in developing and implementing our People Strategy to support growth, develop our workforce and deliver transformational change to ensure excellent, contemporary services to the people we support. You will be a natural collaborator, able to form effective relationships with a wide range of different people at all levels of the organisation, with a proven ability to combine strategic and operational leadership and drive a progressive agenda. You will be open to exploring new ways of doing things and draw on expertise in Organisational Development, technological change, and talent management to facilitate creative and innovative solutions. Our Director of People and Organisational Development will also play a crucial role in embedding culture change, using digital platforms and data to improve organisational effectiveness and to ensure the organisation excels in delivering its objectives.

Whilst experience in the Social Care or Voluntary Sector is not required, an understanding and empathy to a person-centred, strengths-based approach is essential.
