Your new role
To support the HR Manager with administration and coordination of the recruitment and selection processes ensuring appointments are made in a timely and efficient manner and all appropriate checks have been made to satisfy Regulatory Standards. Responsible for producing monthly HR metrics. To support HR with managing job vacancies and interested candidates. Responsible for maintaining job vacancies on the website and candidates applying via the website.

Main Duties:

Note taker for Disciplinary/Grievances and another Management meetings when required
Support the HR Manager with project work when required.
Responsible for maintaining and, ensuring that job applications are forwarded to the relevant manager.
Follow up with the recruiting manager where necessary to ensure that there are no delays in the process from application to interview.
Support with communicating with candidates via phone and email prior to interview and dealing with any queries that arise.
Responsible for posting job vacancies on website, social media websites.
Inputting absence details from return to work forms and fit notes
Produce monthly HR metrics - absence stats, staff turnover stats and retention report
Ensure that short-listing takes place within the given timescale following the closing date.
Attend selection processes to support the service where appropriate.
Produce offer letters and associated documentation.
Ensure all recruitment checks are carried out within the specified turnaround time
Responsible for producing Terms and Conditions of Employment.
Responsible for producing HR staff files as per standard requirements and for ensuring that records are kept up to date and filed as per the agreed protocol.
Responsible for maintaining and regularly updating the HR database and the establishment list in line with any contract changes made or new starters/leavers.
Type correspondence and other material as required for the Senior Management team.
Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role as required.
