HR Systems & Reporting Specialist 9 -12 mnth FTC- Home based initially , office based in High Wycombe £25 ph

Your new role
You will be the primary support and point of contact for the HR Systems (SuccessFactors) . From an operational perspective , will be responsible for updates, maintenance and improvement of the system.
Liasing with the wider HR IT team , you'll adapt any system change requests and enhancements and test, implement and monitor new functions, data fields and reports.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be experienced with the administration of an HRMS system (ideally either SAP or SuccessFactors) including the Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning , Performance and Succession modules.
You'll be working within a very small team with the HR Director based outside of the UK, so you'll need to have a self sufficient approach. An analytical approach coupled with attention to detail are also key to the success of the role
