An Employee Engagement Manager for a Financial Service Client in Reigate, Surrey. 6 month FTC

Your new company
Our client is currently looking to recruit an Early Years Development Manager to be based at their office in Reigate for a 6 month FTC.

Your new role
As an early years development manager you will be contributing to the ongoing development of their global programmes, whilst accountable for managing their online communities, supporting the delivery of employee development and global projects in line with the broader organisations strategy and goals.

Key responsibilities:

* Learning and Development curriculum support
* Employee engagement across the business
* Stakeholder management
* Project support

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience within employee engagement, learning and development or communication plus have excellent relationship-building and creative communication skills. You will ideally have project management experience within a financial services environment, but this is no essential.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £50,000-£55,000 with end of contract bonus, holiday and pension.
