Human Resources Manager - South Yorkshire - 9 months FTC - circa £45000 to £50000 DOE

A national service provider with multiple sites around the region.

Your new role
This is a varied, home-based role that will offer autonomy as you will cover multiple sites across the South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. You will be required to travel to sites on average of 2-3 days a week.

As an Human Resources Manager, with a bias towards Employee Relations, you will act as the first point of contact for line managers on ER matters; providing specialist advice & solutions in line with current legislation. This will include, but not be limited to disciplinary, grievances, investigations, TUPE, restructures and capability. You will liaise with the company's legal advisors in relation to more complex cases and support the organisation with the management of employment tribunal claims as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, CIPD Level 5 qualified or above, with proven experience in a HR/ER biased HR Generalist role, and ideally within a blue collar and unionised environment..
Experience of supporting large scale organisational change & restructuring programmes including TUPE, redundancy & contractual variations is also key, as is the experience of partnering with trade unions, with a good understanding of the trade union frameworks.
Possess strong communication skills and be able to influence at all levels
