Job Details
A Global organisation with a large workforce in the UK requires a HR Systems Support Assistant on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is based remotely throughout the assignment, but you may be required to attend the office in Chelmsford on occasions for meetings.
Your new role
* Provide end-user support for Taleo/Oracle platform for recruiting, onboarding, and performance globally
* Provide support for global online learning platform
* Review daily audit reports to ensure adherence to process and minimize non-compliance exposure
* Diagnoses & resolves system and user errors in a timely fashion, communicating status updates via ticketing system
* lead HR Systems training
* lead divisional end-user Q&A conference calls
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in an HR Generalist or Systems Support related role
* Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, with particular emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Previous experience with HR Systems - Taleo and/or Oracle HR products would strongly be preferred
* Previous experience with Cornerstone on Demand is advantageous
* Previous experience leading training sessions
