Recruitment Administrator

Were seeking experienced HR/Recruitment Administrators with NHS ESR experience supporting vaccination project

We have multiple opportunities across Dorset and Hampshire for Recruitment/HR Administrators to support the national vaccination programme. We are supporting NHS clients with the set up and recruitment of new Vaccination hubs and as such require HR/Recruitment administrators to support the recruitment and onboarding processes for administering all new starters onto the HR/Recruitment system ESR.

Key Tasks
To process NHS safer recruitment checks and onboard new staff via NHS Employee Staff Record (ESR) system. This will include following up references, occupational health declarations and DBS checks for example.

Candidates
If you have experience of ESR systems handling HR/Pay/Recruitment activity we would like to hear from you.
experience of recruitment administration / HR administration
Strong administration skills including data processing.

This is an opportunity to support the NHS with the Vaccination programme.

Initially 3 months temporary contract
