Clean Air Fund, Appointment of HR Director

Founded in 2019, we are well-resourced and scaling fast; funded by a growing partnership of leading foundations with interests across health, climate, children and mobility. By bringing these and other organisations together, we hope to identify and create best practice, share learnings and connect people and ensure solutions are rapidly scaled up and replicated around the world.

We are now seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual to join us as our HR Director. As part of Clean Air Fund’s Senior Leadership Team, they will work closely with a skilled and motivated team to lead and facilitate people management, establish and maintain CAF’s healthy organisational culture and make the charity a great place to work.

The successful candidate will bring a track record of leading, developing and implementing HR related strategies including setting up, running and scaling systems and processes. They will have experience as a trusted HR business partner at Board and Director-level and a proven track record delivering strategies among a high-calibre workforce in an international setting. Most importantly, we are seeking a collaborative self-starter, comfortable working at pace in a rapidly growing environment with highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrable senior-level HR experience.

The role is based in London. The salary is competitive and commensurate with the experience required. This position can be considered between 0.8 – 1 FTE.

Longlisted candidates will be invited to first-round interview with Perrett Laver Consultants in March. Final interviews will be held in April, if appropriate and possible, in person in Central London.
