An interim role as a HRBP with a bias towards projects on Recruitment/Resourcing / WorkForce Planning

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop their experience in the Human Resources field of WorkForce and Resourcing.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, the postholder will oversee and be responsible for progressing a number of critical HR issues relating to the supply and demand of the workforce.
Aside from the strategic development of this critical agenda, at an operational level, the postholder will be responsible of the line management of both the Recruitment and Workforce Information teams, ensuring that the organisation continues to develop systems, work in accordance with national guidance / legislation and that efficiency, and a "good candidate experience" are imbedded.
You will be involved in strategic and senior operational process of Recruitment, provision of workforce information, agendas & strategic plans

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally:

* be CIPD qualified or equivalent level management qualification
* have PRINCE 2 Management Qualification / equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience
* demonstrate in depth experience of HR Service delivery and performance management from
* have experience of contributing to strategy development
* have experience of leadership in field of workforce or recruitment
* have experience of developing workforce metrics and analytical assessments

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a hybrid approach to work - some site work and some remote.
Salary is based on sector experience, qualifications and job experience.
