Your new role
An interim Reward Business Partner vacancy for an anticipated 3 month period, which will be predominantly home-based with a 3/2 office/home working split after Lockdown 3. Working in a small Reward team, this job has both a national and international focus.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience operating a Reward Manager or Business Partner level to provide specialist input and advice and delivery of reward activities. Experience of reporting and commenting on UK-wide bonus, salary reviews and job evaluation projects with internal stakeholders.
Advanced systems and reporting skills are required as well as senior stakeholder management experience. International experience is desirable.
